Transformasi Digital Berbasis AI: Pemberdayaan Organisasi Lokal di Era 5.0

Abstract

The Community Service Program held at Madaris Jakarta Islamic Center aims to strengthen the capacity of organizational administrators in utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology to support increased productivity and effectiveness of organizational management. This initiative was motivated by the still low level of digital understanding and skills among administrators, particularly in the use of information technology for administration, communication, and activity documentation. This training is designed to provide a basic understanding of digital tools and hands-on practice using AI-based productivity applications. The program targets at least 85% of participants to be able to operate basic digital applications independently. In addition, this activity will be complemented by interactive discussion sessions and field practice to deepen participants' understanding. Expected outcomes include improved digital capabilities of administrators, the development of an internal training module, and growing awareness of the importance of technology adoption in supporting an organization's digital transformation. Thus, this activity is expected to have a real impact in encouraging Madaris to become an adaptive, innovative, and technology-based youth organization.
