Abstract

Community service activity titled "Enhancing the Creativity of TPQ Students through Islamic Graphic Design Training Using Canva" was motivated by the issue of students’ limited skills in utilizing digital technology, particularly in the field of graphic design to support religious activities. So far, TPQ students have tended to focus only on traditional religious learning, resulting in a lack of creative skills relevant to the demands of the modern era—especially in producing engaging and contemporary Islamic da’wah media. The proposed solution is to provide Islamic graphic design training using the Canva application, which is user-friendly for beginners. The training is designed to introduce the fundamentals of design, mastery of Canva features, and the creation of Islamic content such as TPQ event posters, Islamic quotes, and digital da’wah materials. In addition, intensive mentoring is provided to help students produce creative works independently. Through this activity, it is expected that TPQ students will become more adaptive to technological developments while contributing to creative and modern Islamic dak’wah efforts.
