Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve digital literacy and visual communication skills for administrators and educators at the Jakarta Islamic Center (JIC). The program was motivated by the limited ability of partners to utilize digital technology to strengthen their institutional branding and effectively manage social media. The program employed a participatory approach, incorporating theory and hands-on practice using free applications such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, and Google Workspace. Through this activity, participants gained experience in designing creative content aligned with Islamic values and learned strategies for consistent and professional social media management. The results demonstrated significant improvements in the participants' graphic design skills, video editing skills, and the creation of engaging digital publications. The formation of a creative community within the JIC Madaris community also demonstrates the program's sustainability and collaboration in developing the institution's digital literacy.
