Penerapan Teknologi Informasi melalui Pengembangan Website untuk Media Promosi UMKM

This community service activity was carried out as an effort to apply information technology to strengthen the capacity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the RT 007 area, Cikoko, South Jakarta. Most businesses in this area still rely on conventional marketing methods and have not yet optimally utilized digital media. Lack of knowledge about online promotional technology has limited market reach and low competitiveness of local products. Through this activity, the implementing team sought to apply information technology by developing an integrated website as a promotional medium for MSMEs. The website was designed to display business profiles, product catalogs, and links to business actors' social media accounts. In addition to system development, this activity also included training in digital content management and assistance in website usage so that partners can manage information independently. The activity was implemented through an interactive workshop that combined lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice. The results of this activity are expected to improve digital literacy, expand the promotional reach of MSME products, and build a technology-based business ecosystem that is sustainable and adaptive to developments in the digital era.
