MSME Seminar: “Tips for Building MSMEs Amid Digital Competition: The Journey of Roll's Motor”
Abstract
The development of the digital economy presents both opportunities and challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital platforms can expand market reach, but many MSMEs are still unable to optimize their digital marketing strategies, build their business image, and adapt to changes in consumer behavior. This community service activity focuses on improving participants' understanding and readiness to face digital business competition through a seminar titled “Tips for Building MSMEs Amid Digital Competition: The Journey of Roll's Motor.” The subjects of this community service included MSME players, students, and the general public who are interested in entrepreneurship and digital business. The purpose of this activity was to provide insight, motivation, and practical knowledge related to digital strategies, business branding, and building customer trust. The implementation method was carried out through a participatory seminar approach that included material delivery, interactive discussions, and participant evaluations. The results of the activity showed that the seminar provided tangible benefits in the form of increased understanding, awareness, and motivation in adapting digital strategies for SME development. Overall, this activity contributed positively to strengthening participants' readiness to face business competition in the digital era.
