Pemanfaatan Digital Marketing Melalui Sosial Media Sebagai Sarana Promosi dan Membangun Brand Produk Pada UMKM Desa Citeko Bogor

Digital Marketing in the business world has become a tool that can be used in many ways, especially for business development. Lack of understanding in digital marketing is the main problem faced by MSMEs in Citeko village who also work as teachers at SDN Citeko 01 Cisarua-Bogor. This is the main concern that makes lecturers and students of the entrepreneurship study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Indonesian Cyber University hold community service activities in Citeko village with the aim of providing an understanding of the need to have knowledge in digital marketing as a means of business development. The method used is divided into 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and monitoring. The results of this Community Service activity can be seen by increasing participants' understanding and ability to use digital technology, especially the use of social media as a means of product promotion and how to register and use an account on the Shopee online shopping application as a place to promote and sell their products. This Digital Marketing training is considered very useful and can help MSMEs in Citeko village promote their products so that they become better known to the public and are ultimately interested in buying these products
