Pemberdayaan Guru dan Santri Rumah Tahfidzul Qur’an Wad’dawah Al Jamil Melalui Pelatihan Young Entrepreneur Berbasis Digital

The Digital-Based Young Entrepreneur Training at Rumah Tahfidzul Qur'an Wad'dawah Al-Jamil aims to enhance the economic independence of teachers and students by utilizing digital technology for entrepreneurship. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the training successfully improved participants’ digital literacy, built entrepreneurial character grounded in Islamic values, and introduced practical online business practices. Participants were able to create business accounts on digital platforms, develop product marketing content, and understand the basics of electronic transactions. Although challenges such as limited access to digital devices and initial business capital were encountered, the training effectively motivated participants to initiate independent businesses. This program demonstrates that, with appropriate methods, teachers and students can adapt to technological developments to support economic self-sufficiency. It is recommended that similar programs be continued with ongoing business mentoring to strengthen and sustain the outcomes achieved.
