Digital Skill Empowerment Melalui Pelatihan Coding Dasar Berbasis Scratch untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Digital

The rapid advancement of digital technology necessitates that the younger generation possesses digital literacy and computational thinking skills. However, children from vulnerable groups—including orphans—often face limited access to technology-based learning. This community service initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy and basic programming skills of orphans at the Karimatul Hasanah Al-Mubarok Foundation through Scratch-based coding training. The methodology employed combines participatory training with a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) approach. The activity stages included needs analysis, module development, training implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. Approximately 25 participants from junior high and senior high school levels attended the training. Evaluation was conducted via pre-tests, post-tests, observation, and the assessment of participants' projects. The results demonstrated improvements across several areas: digital literacy understanding rose from 40% to 80%, basic coding comprehension increased from 20% to 75%, and the ability to create digital projects grew from 10% to 70%. Additionally, the initiative produced a Scratch learning module that can serve as a resource for ongoing learning at the Karimatul Hasanah Al-Mubarok Foundation. These findings indicate that Scratch-based coding training is effective in improving participants' digital literacy competencies and basic programming skills.

Website Training for Administrative Management and UP2K Empowerment at the (PKK) of Cipinang Melayu Urban Village

Abstract: The rapid advancement of information technology has encouraged various community organizations to adopt more effective and efficient management systems. One organization that plays a significant role in family and community empowerment is the Family Welfare Empowerment Organization (PKK), particularly through its Family Income Improvement Program (UP2K). However, administrative management, activity documentation, and the promotion of UP2K products at PKK Cipinang Melayu Village continue to face challenges due to the limited utilization of digital technology. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of PKK administrators in utilizing a website as a platform for administrative management and UP2K empowerment. The implementation methods included lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and guided assistance in website utilization. The program was conducted on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Universitas Nusa Mandiri, Jatiwaringin Campus, involving PKK administrators and members from Cipinang Melayu Village. The training enabled participants to manage administrative data, document organizational activities, publish information, and promote UP2K products through digital platforms. The implementation of the website is expected to improve administrative efficiency, expand access to information, and strengthen the digital empowerment of PKK in supporting sustainable community development.

Pelatihan Pembuatan Website Menggunakan Content Management System Untuk Siswa SMK 3 Perguruan Cikini

The development of information technology continues to advance in the field of education
and has a significant impact, with its benefit being felt by both students and teachers. One example
is the use of websites, which enable fast and wide access to information. A Content Management
System (CMS) is software that allows for quicker development and management of website content.
For tenth-grade students majoring in Software engineering at SMK 3 Perguruan Cikini Jakarta,
developing websites is often challenging because it requires mastery of web programming languages.
Students are expected to learn practical and efficient ways to create websites. Therefore, a community
service activity was conducted at SMK 3 Perguruan Cikini Jakarta involving tenth-grade. The
purpose of this activity was to provide an understanding of website development concepts and to
introduce CMS technology, which enables faster and more practical website creation. The practical
session utilized the CMS Blogger Platform. The methods used included planning, implementation,
monitoring, and evaluation stages with a participatory approach. Data collection and processing
were carried out through observation and evaluation questionnaires using a likert scale. The resultf
of the activity showed a positive impact in improving students understanding of website concepts
and CMS implementation, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 54.7 to 81.7. In
addition, the participant satisfication level reached 86,93% categorized as Very Good. These findings
indicates that use of Blogger’s CMS as a learning medium is effective in enhancing digital literacy,
creativity, and practical skills in website development among students.
