DAMPAK TOXIC WORKPLACE INVIRONMENT TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DI APOLLO PAMEKASAN

Toxic Workplace Invironment is an environment where there is narcissistic behavior towards fellow colleagues so that it has a bad impact on the Apollo Pamekasan company. Toxic workplace invironment is not an unfamiliar phenomenon among employees. This has an impact on the number of employees who are decreasing and there are even some new employees who quit before the training period because they feel pressured by the environment that can no longer support employee productivity. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Toxic Workplace Invironment on employee productivity at Apollo Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis where the data is sourced from books and journals. The purpose of this interview is to record and document the information provided by informants, where the data sources are grouped into two, namely primary data and secondary data. The source of information in this study was 16 people from 22 employees. The result of this study is that Toxic Workplace Invironment on employee productivity has a negative impact on the company.
