PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN DI SDN CEMPAKA PUTIH BARAT 03

Abstract

The principal functions as a leader for teachers in the educational process through
learning. Work culture also plays an important role for an employee and also the company. This
study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work culture on the performance of
educators and education personnel at SDN Cempaka Putih Barat 03. The data collection method for
this study is the interview and questionnaire method, and the data analysis uses quantitative analysis.
Based on the results of the T test that the sig value is 0.014 <0.05 and the T count value is -2.606
<from the T table value of 2.037, it is concluded that leadership style has no partial influence on
educator performance. Based on the results of the T test that the sig value is 0.000 <0.05 and the T
count value is 7.957> from the T table value of 2.037, it is concluded that work culture has a partial
influence on educator performance.
