Bisnis PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT BCA FINANCE BEKASI JAWA BARAT

Abstract

Employees who are satisfied with their jobs tend to have high motivation and good work spirit. Job stress is a psychological response triggered by excessive work demands in the workplace. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on employee performance at PT BCA Finance. The method in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Based on the results of the study using the T test, the results of the study indicate that Based on the results of the T test, it shows that the Job Satisfaction variable has a significant value of 0.047 <0.05 and a t count value of 2.030> t table 2.002, it can be concluded that Job Satisfaction (X1) has an influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the T test, it shows that the Job Stress variable has a significant value of 0.00 <0.05 and a t count value of 4.527> t table 2.002, it can be concluded that Job Stress has an influence on employee performance.
